A PDF document can be generated from an invoice.

While reviewing an invoice, simply click on one of the small PDF icons to either download a PDF file or open one in a new window. Note that invoices are not stored anywhere within the system – they are re-generated each time you click on these icons or bill the customer by clicking the Send invoice button.
